For new rollers, you can provide the cores for us to cover, or we can provide the complete ones. Our in-house machine shop allows us to manufacture steel and aluminum cores to your specifications, then sandblast and chemically prepare them for excellent adhesion to the elastomer you need. The rolls can be molded, mandrel wound or extruded and bonded to the core. The OD is then ground to your specifications. we can also insert set screws if required.
