Galvanizing / Galvanizing / GCL line Galvanizing sunken rolls are one of the three main rolls in a CGL (continuous galvanizing line); along with the other two rolls, stabilizing rolls and support rolls, they are the main components of a continuous galvanizing line.
Submerged rolls are used in zinc pans and are usually produced in 316L or 317L. It has an operating temperature of 500ºC-700ºC. It acts as a steering element for the entire submerged roll assembly. During the production process, the entire galvanizing sunken roll used for galvanizing/galvanizing/GCL lines is immersed in the molten zinc solution. In conjunction with the stabilizing roller, the molten zinc is stirred to the surface of the sheet. The surface structure and quality of the galvanizing sinker roll for galvanizing/galvanizing/GCL line will directly affect the galvanizing quality of the sheet and affect its service life. Therefore, the sinker roll of galvanizing/galvanizing/GCL line is one of the key factors to determine the production quality and productivity of galvanizing line.
