Nitrile Rubber Roller For Cold Rolling Mills

Nitrile rubber compounds are a mainstay in the rubber roll industry because of their versatility and good overall physical properties. Nitrile rubber is a synthetic rubber compound that can be blended to enhance toughness, elasticity, oil resistance and other desired properties. It is a very common elastomer that is effective in many applications, including the printing, steel, paper and other manufacturing industries.

Nitrile compounds can be formulated with a variety of materials, including acrylonitrile (ACN), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), carboxylic acid (XN or CN) or hydrogenated (HNBR) to greatly enhance certain desired properties.

Rubber rolls are used for a variety of purposes, such as guiding conveyors, extruding materials, laminating surfaces and spreading. For one reason or another, rubber rollers are needed in a range of industries, including paper, plastics, textiles, steel, printing and leather processing. Since many industries use rubber rolls, different types of rubber rolls with different polymers have emerged over time, such as drive rolls, polyurethane rolls, conveyor rolls, industrial rolls, laminating rolls and ink rolls.
